benefit, entirely! It will relieve you to have the lovely cake of your dreams secured, and I'll go to work planning and preparing it for you!
The Designer gives the top keepsake layer to the couple for free, as a gift. The topper is provided by the couple, and the Designer needs
the topper 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.
