Holding a food manufacturing license with the Kansas Department of Agriculture is very important to Mindy! What does this mean for you and your occasion? While it is not required, in Kansas, for a cake decorator to be inspected and hold a license, it is the extra assurance Mindy likes to give her clients and their guests, that their cake will not only be BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS, HOMEMADE & FRESHLY-BAKED, DELIVERED FREE WITHIN THE MANHATTAN CITY LIMITS, but also SAFE & WHOLESOME!
